Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You’ll receive a second notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 4–14 business days from dispatch, sent by traceable courier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or remote destinations.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping offers are applied automatically.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@paximio.com.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship worldwide. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply on international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@paximio.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll try to update it before dispatch.
