90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every Paximio product. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included.
To start a return, contact us at support@paximio.com with your order number. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and the return address — please do not send items back before requesting a return, as those packages can’t be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@paximio.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch before ordering.
